New Construction Electrical
After a residential project or new home is framed and before the finish work is done, a licensed electrician will run wire throughout the structure. This includes power, telephone, cable,
Cat5 or other networking cables for computers, stereo systems, special lighting, intercoms and other electronic device controllers. We will completely design and install whole house audio and video systems as well as specialty lighting, alarm and remote device control systems. Our teams are experienced in all high and low voltage wiring techniques, codes and regulations and work hand in hand with the General Contractor to complete the project on time and within budget. We would be happy to bid on your job or answer any questions you may have about electrical wiring. If you have a project coming up for your residential or business property, please use this contact form to let us know or call us at 928-505-2132 to receive a no obligation quotation.
Home Electrical Repair

A Repair is characterized as correction or resolution of problems experienced in the present system. This may be a simple repair like changing a wall outlet, a light fixture or adding an additional circuit for your new electric stove or dryer. Sometimes a simple repair can be turn into a larger repair because of old or worm wiring or the need to run, feed or snake a brand new electrical line through existing construction. In order to keep our customers surprises to a minimum we provide a written estimate no matter how small the job and we point out in advance where we see that problems may exist or arise as the job progresses. We value our customers and presently enjoy many long term relationships. We believe in a great job at a fair price with no surprises.
Home Electrical Upgrade
An Upgrade would be to enhance or enlarge the homes electrical system capacity or ability to provide power to your required
specification. Today's power requirements can no longer be sustained by yesterdays design. A system upgrade is often needed when you increase your power demands and based on the age of your dwelling may even be required by local ordinance. In most cases this will be upgrading your equipment and bringing in higher amp services to the home, adding additional electrical panels (sub-panels) and running dedicated power lines. If you are faced with an electrical upgrade please give us a call before you proceed. Upgrades can be expensive and we have been very successful at keeping upgrade costs in line by re-engineering the systems and keeping what still works. By supplementing the existing system instead of replacing the whole thing, we have been able to save our clients $1,000 of dollars in unnecessary costs.
Home Electrical Remodeling and Re-engineering
Remodeling and re-design or engineering on the electrical system is normally required when you remodel your home and put on an addition. Moving a wall that contains wiring and changing the location of appliances, outlets and lights will require a licensed electrician. Additionally, if you are brining in new appliances and electrical equipment, it is likely you will need more or redirected power. At Milholland Electric, we pride ourselves in being able to find a safe solution that incorporates the existing electrical circuitry and supplements the system accordingly while keeping your costs reasonable. With nearly three decades of electrical experience, we are well versed in all state, city and local ordinances. We understand power and the safest and most cost effective way to make it work for you.
